In our drive to minimise waste and cut costs, we have made the decision to go paperless, helping us to improve efficiency and fulfil our stated aim to provide the highest levels of customer service.

As a busy independent brokerage, we’ve historically dealt with a vast amount of paperwork, requiring manual organisation that can be time-consuming. By going paperless, we’re able to streamline our operation, giving us immediate benefits in terms of organisation and efficiency. Digitising our paper-based processes enables us to locate exactly the information we require quickly and easily, helping to optimise the service we provide to customers – and making for a tidier office!

Automated systems also enhance productivity, enabling us to complete forms and process information with greater accuracy and speed, whether we’re working remotely or in the office. With less time spent on paperwork and more time doing what matters, our teams are able to work much more efficiently!

We’re also saving costs on printers and ink cartridges, which are not only expensive to run, but also contain harmful chemicals that can be ecologically damaging to dispose of.

Privacy is also ensured. Our digitised system complies fully with GDPR regulations, ensuring all information is kept secure from a potential breach, and we’re enhancing security with authorised access and cloud-based back-up in case of emergency.
